Group of 6 People or Less

 

If a tour is canceled between 48 and 24 hours prior to the agreed upon pick up time, the group will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. In the event a tour is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the group will be charged for the full price of the tour.

 

A guarantee of the group size is required 72 hours prior to the agreed upon pick up time. 

 

Group of 7 People or More

If a tour is canceled between 72 and 48 hours prior to the agreed upon pick up time, the group will be responsible for paying 20% of the tour price. If canceled between 48 and 24 hours prior to the agreed upon pick up time, the group will be responsible for paying 50% of the tour price. In the event a tour is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the group will be charged for the full price of the tour.

 

A guarantee of the group size is required one week prior to the agreed upon pick up time.
